This play was presented in July 2018 at the Expedition Metropolis Theater in Kreuzberg, Berlin. It was a mix between Hansel and Gretel, Little Red Riding Hood and some other fairy tales were morphed into one another in a wild spin cycle – until the wolf roams through the forest as a cursed representative whose goods nobody wants. The interesting thing about this group is that they were not professional actors, they are people who have had difficult lives due to problems of alcoholism, drug addiction or abandonment and they were part of a theater course at the ‘Obdachlosen-Uni’ (Homeless University) where the idea it’s learning not for a qualification, but for learning. The journey is the goal.
